Special Charges

Special Charges are stored in the same file
with Special Assessments, separated by
Charge Code Type, which is user definable.

In this way, each group of users sees only
the Charge Codes pertinent to their work.

You can store fees that are date sensitive,
so that fees for the new year can be loaded
without disturbing the on-going work.
